Information about the processing of personal data

In fulfillment of the information obligations in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Articles 13 and 14), we hereby inform you about the processing of your personal data as part of the application process.

 

Purpose and legal basis of data processing

We process the data you provide (e.g. from your CV, the references submitted, the application questionnaire, the interview, etc.) for the purpose of the selection process based on your consent.

By submitting or submitting your application documents, you agree that personal data such as name, title, date of birth, home address, telephone number, email address, education, professional experience, salary expectations and those data and images contained in the application letter , contained in the CV, in the service references or other documents presented or transmitted, are processed for the purpose of recording them in our company's applicant database.

 

Transmission of data

Your data will be treated absolutely confidentially as part of the application process and will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances without your express consent.

The data may only be passed on during the application process in exceptional cases and with your consent, for example if this is necessary to clarify the desired job promotion in advance. Possible recipients for this are in particular:

• Labor market service
• Social Ministry Service
• Austria Wirtschaftsservice GmbH
• [When applying as an apprentice:] Chamber of Commerce apprenticeship position

 

Duration of data storage

The data provided will be stored in our applicant database for the duration of the selection process for the purpose of processing the application. In addition, in the event of a rejection in accordance with the provisions of the Equal Treatment Act, the necessary data will usually remain stored for a further six months. In the event of legal proceedings, the data relevant to the proceedings will be stored until the proceedings are legally concluded. After the relevant deadlines have expired, your data will be deleted unless you give us your consent to store it for a longer period in order to maintain records for future job fillings.

You have the following data protection rights: information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection. Please contact us regarding these claims.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you have the right to complain to the data protection authority.
