200 women and men of all ages and different nationalities in 12 locations contribute to the success of the company and its products. Whether technical, commercial or tourism training, at feratel, ambitious and enthusiastic people have a variety of tasks in a broad range of activities. From software and product developers to telecommunications experts and service technicians to sales employees and customer service reps as well as employees in the back office – the demands on our team are as varied as the individual workplaces. Our lean organizational structure and flat hierarchies promote direct communication for everyone. Of course, this also applies to the relationships with our customers.
