This is how the jury judged feratel's Concierge app PIA at the eAwards 2020 in Vienna. CTO Dr. Hager accepted the award in the category Business and Tourism at the gala event on January 29, 2020.

PIA, the Personal Interests' Assistant, is a high-quality app that provides guests with all the information they need on their trip before, during and after their stay, tailored to their target group. The progressive Web app offers all the advantages of a modern tool in the area of service, communication, information and sales and can be used on any end device, regardless of the platform. PIA receives its data on the region via feratel's destination management system and other interfaces and can be individually adapted to any company.
Well-known tourism destinations rely on the possibility to contact their guests directly via PIA. These include the Alpine region of Bludenz, the Stubaital, the Hochkönig region, the Alpbachtal Seenland, the Olympic region of Seefeld, Wagrain-Kleinarl, Radstadt, Saalfelden Leogang, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis and Kufsteinerland.
