feratel Deskline Workshops 2024/25: A successful conclusion

At the last workshop of the season, 65 tourism professionals from 32 destinations gathered information, tips and tricks on the latest developments in the areas of deskline, artificial intelligence and EU directives and regulations.

Mils, Spielberg, St. Johann, Spiez, Hard, Bingen, Mittersill and Hamburg: feratel experts have invited people to exchange knowledge a total of seven times since October 2024. Numerous tourism professionals accepted the invitations. The feedback from participants was consistently positive. Almost 90 percent said that the topics covered were interesting and that the events had a lot of new and useful information to offer.

"The workshops are a benefit for users and developers. We also learn a lot from the discussions with the tourism professionals. Together we can improve our solutions and meet practical requirements," explains feratel workshop leader Bernhard Taurer, adding: "Together with the destinations, we are shaping the digital future of our industry."
