PIA, the innovative digital travel companion for the destination of Paznaun, is launching an exciting new feature for the 2023/24 winter season. An adapted form of the guest app will be available to employees in the region and will be expanded to include some additional functions. The CREW Card, which was previously physical, is not only being digitized, but its range of functions is also being expanded.

Since the summer of 2023, guests in Ischgl, Galtür, See and Kappl have been looking forward to the intelligent travel companion. The innovative feratel concierge app offers customized information, services and offerings coordinated to the period of stay and to individual interests. It acts as a versatile all-rounder, providing guests with up-to-date live data from hiking and skiing areas as well as all the recreational activities Paznaun offers. Whether bookable events, open-air restaurants, museums or recreational facilities, PIA always keeps guests current. The app also includes the mobile guest card and is equipped with practical booking and payment functions to make your vacation as smooth as possible.

The destination offers not only guests, but also employees who are part of the Paznaun – Ischgl CREW, the opportunity to spend their free time in a variety of ways. With over 300 benefits as well as its own academy that offers numerous further training sessions and courses and a variety of recreational activities, the destination precisely promotes these interests. Thanks to PIA, you will have the entire Paznaun – Ischgl CREW offerings always within reach on your smartphone, including booking opportunities, general information on infrastructure facilities, hospitality, entertainment programs, weather forecasts, live ski area images and much more.

The majority of our CREW do not come from the region and first have to find their way around the new environment.
